Jacky Yu的新書 - 私房菜精選. 書中有很多食譜都很想試, 繼上次的馬六甲西米後, 昨天有"香茅蝦醬燒雞"
用了香茅, 蒜頭,乾蔥搾汁再加上蝦醬, 醬油混和各樣調味料醃上一晚後, 烤2個小時便有香噴噴的燒雞吃了.
連我媽媽也讚啊 !!! 真正的皮脆肉嫩...
